Is there parking available ?

The studio is located inside of The Suite Spot Co-Op and there is ample amounts of parking in front of the building.

Do you have a cancellation policy ?

I completely understand things come up, but I appreciate a 48-hour notice for all cancellations, in order to leave enough time for me to offer that appointment to someone else. If you fail to give a 48 hours notice, you will be required to pay a fee of $50 or 50% of your service total.

If you do not show up without notice to your scheduled appointment, you will no longer be allowed to book an appointment in advance without a rebooking fee.

What does “Starting at” mean for pricing ?

Each service is given a standard amount of time and product. This can go up based on your hair length and density, as well as extra time needed to complete your service. During our consultation a direct price will be given for your service.


What is your refund policy ?

If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please contact me within 5 days of the date of your service and I will happily adjust what is needed.

Retail products are eligible for an equal exchange if less that 1/4 of the product has been used.

There are no refunds on extension weft purchases.

Can I work or have a silent appointment?

Absolutely! We have Wi-Fi available for you to enjoy! I completely understand that you may need to get some work done or get a little quiet time to yourself to relax.
